Cooking Classes

I was lucky enough to take a cooking class from you in Portland year before last and have been making many of your fabulous recipes ever since. I have become famous for bringing Aloo Chaat to parties and I always give you credit. I make a little tent with the name of the dish and mention that it is vegetarian with dairy and that it is lightly browned potatoes with spicy Indian spices. It is always one of the first things to go. Thank you so much for your recipes. I look forward to your new book.
